1. Services
1.1 IT Security and Digital Literacy Courses
Dynaris offers live and recorded training sessions focused on IT security best practices and digital literacy skills. Enrollment fees are due prior to course commencement.
1.2 Information Products
We provide digital guides, tutorials, and educational videos. Access is granted immediately upon purchase and content is available for streaming or download.
1.3 Goods
Physical materials such as printed manuals or equipment may be offered. These items are shipped from Switzerland and handled with care.
2. Refund Policy
Dynaris is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below are the terms governing refunds, transfers, and interactions.
2.1 Courses
If you request a refund at least seven days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Requests made within seven days of the start date or after a course begins may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future session at no additional charge. No refunds will be issued once the course has concluded.
2.2 Information Products
Due to the immediate access and irrevocable delivery of digital content, all sales of information products are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review free samples or previews before purchase.
2.3 Goods
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, you may request an interaction or a refund within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact support. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Dynaris will cover shipping costs for replacements or approved refunds.
2.4 Processing of Refunds and Transfers
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Transfers to future course sessions will be processed within three business days.
3. No-Refund Services
Certain bespoke services such as one-on-one mentoring or custom security assessments are non-refundable due to the tailored resources and preparation involved. Such non-refundable status will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.
4. Changes to Terms
Dynaris may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
